Product Overview
MP-3000E intelligent vibration testing machine is used to simulate the various environments encountered in the manufacturing, assembly, transportation and use of the execution stage, to identify whether the product is able to withstand environmental vibration, suitable for the research, development, quality control and manufacturing of electronics, mechanical and electrical, optoelectronics, motor vehicles, toys and other industries.
The test method of the machine is based on the digital control of random vibration, and the vibration of various environments is simulated and provided to determine the ability of the test sample to withstand the specified broadband random vibration. The split type design can greatly reduce the failure rate of the control circuit.

Different vibration parameters can be set in 20 segments, the maximum test time of each period is 999 minutes (i. e. 16 hours), and the number of cycles of 0～200 times can be set arbitrarily.

Power Off Automatic Memory
Automatic setting, simple operation, the use of advanced microcomputer control circuit, you can permanently memory set parameters, power will not lose data. At the same time, the number of vibration program segments and the number of program cycles can be set.
When the machine completes the vibration test stop or the machine is shut down and powered off, the machine will automatically remember the current vibration data and automatically reset.

Intelligent Control
Built-in overload protection fuse, and equipped with high-performance chip, read data more accurately. The microcomputer protection circuit is adopted to overcome the defect that the ordinary machine is burned by the impulse voltage when starting up, and the use is more convenient and reliable.

Thermal Design
Both test bench and the control cabinet have heat dissipation holes, timely heat dissipation, discharge the excess heat inside the machine, to ensure the long-term stable operation of the machine.

● Rubber support legs at the bottom, which are non-slip, wear-resistant, good silence, can ensure the stability of the machine, and can prevent water from entering the machine from the bottom.

Operation Procedure
※ Place the tested product in the center of the operating table and fix it reliably on the table, otherwise the vibration force is unbalanced, and will affect the test effect!

※ Before starting, the amplitude knob must be adjusted counterclockwise to the minimum (Min). After starting, the amplitude knob should be adjusted to the required range according to the test requirements of the tested product. No load should not be greater than ± 2.5mm. Otherwise,
the machine performance and the noise will increase accordingly.

※ After setting the test parameters, long press the [start] key for about 2 seconds to start.

※ Press the test number key for 5 seconds to clear the test number.

※ If the vibration needs to be suspended during the vibration operation, press the [pause] key to pause, and press again to resume the vibration.

※ In stop state: press the [Start] to start vibration; press the [stop] to stop vibration.

※ Turn on the timing function, the test will automatically stop when it reaches the preset time, and the interface will display "test complete" and sound prompt. Press the [Confirm] key or automatically close the prompt sound after 5 seconds and return to the initial operation setting interface.

Note: Due to the weight of the device, it is recommended to keep the original packing case for easy handling.
