Brand new and not worn.
My union provides sunglasses once a year from their optical centre and I have a pair of these already so these ones are for sale at $150.
Retails for $273 pre tax on Oakleys website and I'm pretty sure the website is the American Website so these are definitely a steal. They are spotless.
