Based in West Hawk Lake, MB., MWM Earthworks has been a trusted landscape provider to cottagers and businesses in the S.E. Whiteshell and Clearwater Bay area for the past 20 years. We are searching for a candidate with a passion for the outdoors, and experience in landscape construction and maintenance. Creativity and attention to detail is important in the cottage landscape industry. We specialize in custom stone work, retaining walls, garden beds, tree and shrub installations, lawns, pathways, and driveways.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include assisting with landscape installations
Assist with installation of stone work, flagstone patios, and paving stone hardscapes
Operate equipment to execute daily tasks
Operate trucks and tow trailers
Load and unload equipment from trailers
Plant trees and shrubs
Ability to lift heavy items/material throughout the day

Qualifications:
Experience with operating power tools and landscaping equipment is necessary.
Experience towing trailers, operating dump trailers and dump trucks, skid steers, and other construction equipment is an asset.
Class 5 License is required, with a Class 3 being preferred.
Experience in the landscape industry is necessary for this position
Proficiency in using hand tools for various landscaping tasks
Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and best practices
Experience in landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, and edging
Ability to maintain gardens by planting, weeding, and fertilizing as needed
Skilled in digging holes for planting trees, shrubs, or other landscape elements
