Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented casement and slider assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in assembly processes. This role involves working with various hand and power tools to assemble components accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Assembly of casement/slider windows: Construct and assemble window frames, glass panels, seals, and hardware according to specifications.
- Material Handling: Read and interpret cutting lines on material, and use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and join materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before installation.
- Safety Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficiency during the assembly process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years of experience in window assembly or related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
- Familiarity with hand tolls, power tools, and follow instructions precisely.
- Ability to lift and move material up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Reliable, punctual, and ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From CA$19.00 per hour
