Rent includes laundry facilities and off-street parking for one large car or two small cars. Tenants pay utilities (gas, electricity, and water). Average costs for four people are approximately $65 per month for gas and $180 for electricity and water. Smoking is not allowed in the house.
The house is located on 13 Street, 15-minutes walk to the University of Saskatchewan and 3-minutes walk to the bus stop on Clearance Avenue.

Tenants must be willing to sign a lease contract with a minimum of 12-month commitment, and they must provide positive proof of financial capacity to fulfil their obligations as specified in the contract. They are required to provide references. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease.
