Seasonal Property Maintenance Helpers Needed (Spring/Summer)

Property manager is looking for 2–3 persons to help rake and clean up rental properties, including garbage and recycling, over the spring/summer.

Requirements:

Must be hard working
Physically fit
Responsible
Able to work by themselves
Able to take instructions
Emotionally balanced with a positive attitude
Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds

Pay: $18–$20 per hour depending on experience
Payment Method: E-transfer only
ID Required: Government-issued ID

Locations: Merivale/Baseline area, Bank/Hunt Club, and Bank/Walkley
