Job description:

We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our growing sales team.

We supply high-visibility (hi-vis) safety jackets to businesses across the United States. Our backend is fully set up — including supplier, logistics, and product fulfillment — so your focus will be strictly on generating leads and closing deals.

This is a commission-based role with strong earning potential for individuals who are confident, consistent, and results-driven.

Responsibilities:

Reach out to businesses (construction, warehouses, contractors, etc.)
Introduce our hi-vis safety jacket products
Generate interest and close deals
Build and maintain client relationships
Follow up with potential customers
Compensation: - Commission based pay ( 20% of each sale)

Requirements:

Strong communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach (calls/emails)
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Flexible schedule (fully remote)

This is a commission-based role with no base salary. Earnings depend entirely on performance.
