Maintenance Worker – Sudbury, ON

Property management company seeking a reliable Maintenance Worker for repairs and upkeep of residential/commercial properties.

Duties:
General maintenance (plumbing, carpentry, painting)
Respond to tenant requests
Minor electrical/plumbing repairs
Unit turnovers & exterior upkeep

Requirements:
Maintenance/handyman experience
Basic trade knowledge
Valid driver’s license

Compensation:
Permanent full-time and part-time positions available
