We’re hiring painters for Spring and Summer 2026! Our team focuses on hard work, strong results, and a positive company culture—complete with team events and trips throughout the summer. No previous painting experience is required (though it’s definitely an asset). We provide full training to set you up for success!
Painter Position
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to learn. Painters must be coachable, hardworking, and motivated. It’s a great opportunity to build valuable, long-term skills while enjoying the benefits of an outdoor job. Since pay is performance-based, your effort directly impacts your earnings.
Qualifications
Available to work most of the summer (April–August)


Reliable transportation to and from job sites in South Calgary (a vehicle is an asset, but not required)


Physically capable of moving ladders and equipment


Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results


Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Potential to earn up to $25/hour, depending on efficiency and quality of work
