Residential Multi-Family Framing crew looking for a crew lead. As we have been expanding our crew is seeking another well experienced, skilled crew leader.

Qualified candidates need to be able to fully run and manage a framing site, leading guys, delegating tasks, keeping builds on timelines.

Must be well versed in all aspects of residential framing;
Reading blueprints, framing floor systems, building walls, layout, framing the roof and sheeting of the roof and canopy roof. Must be able to produce, lead and teach in every aspect of the build.

Looking for individuals with minimum 5 years framing experience on residential sites. Must have first aid, fall protection and telehandler tickets own transportation and most importantly the skills, knowledge and expertise to build multi family homes correctly and safely within timelines.

For the right qualified lead Carpenter that can do all of these items mentioned wage will be $40-$45/hour.
