About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan and execute cultural events, live concerts, and large-scale productions across the GTA.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate events (Garba, concerts, festivals, private events)
Manage vendors, artists, and venue coordination
Handle logistics: scheduling, permits, equipment, setup
Assist with marketing & promotions (social media, ticketing platforms)
Oversee event execution on-site
Budget tracking and reporting

✅ Requirements

Experience in event planning or coordination (preferred)
Strong communication & organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends)
Knowledge of ticketing platforms (like AllEvents, Ticketmaster) is a plus
Passion for cultural events & live entertainment
