We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Handyman to join our team. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
 Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, dry-wall, etc.)
 Inspect rental properties and owner's residential properties and identify issues requiring repair
 Complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
 Ensure all work meets safety standards and regulations
 Communicate clearly with tenant and owner regarding work performed and needed repairs and update the office at the end-of-day.
 Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Requirements:
 Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role
 Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair work
 Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry systems, drywall and other handyman work
 Ability to use hand and power tools safely
 Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
 Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
 Trade certification (asset but not required)
 Previous customer service experience
 Own tools (preferred)
