The Role & Requirements
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. To be successful, you will need:
Proven Experience: Demonstrated history of operating air drills with high accuracy.
Tech Savvy: Ability to manage monitors, GPS guidance, and variable rate applications.
Mechanical Aptitude: Basic maintenance skills and the ability to troubleshoot in the field.
Valid Driver’s License: A clean record is a non-negotiable requirement.
Commitment: Availability for long hours during peak windows.
