HOURS You must have part time AVAILABILITY to work day and/or evening shift every day, Tuesdays to Saturdays, between 4 pm to 9:30 pm.

WHAT YOU'LL DO - Assist with food preparation and cooking Trinidadian dishes according to our recipes, including jerk chicken, roti and doubles - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen space, including dishwashing and trash removal - Prepare and assemble food orders, including grilling over live fire - Stock and rotate food supplies - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations - Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

QUALIFICATIONS - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating portion sizes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately - Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus, but not required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
