A growing general contracting and custom fabrication company in the Greater Toronto Area is looking for a skilled Carpenter / Fabricator / Millworker to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both shop fabrication and on-site installation, working on a variety of custom projects.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricating custom wood components, cabinetry, and millwork
- Building and assembling custom installations and specialty pieces
- Reading and interpreting drawings and project plans
- Assisting with on-site installation when required
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail

Requirements:
- Strong communication skills a must
- Experience in carpentry, millwork, or fabrication
- Ability to work with woodworking tools and shop equipment
- Strong understanding of measurements, layouts, and finishing details
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on custom builds
- Own tools required
- Vehicle preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Non-smokers preferred
