Sales Representative (B2C Experience)
We are currently looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative with strong business-to-consumer (B2C) experience to join our client’s team.
Location: Mississauga
The annual salary for this position is $75,000 – $80,000 plus commission when your target is met.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting directly with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the right solutions. The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with people, building trust, and closing sales.
Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, outdoor sales visit and networking
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Prepare and send quotes, follow up, and close sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
• Previous experience in B2C sales (Business to consumer sales experience)
• Basic knowledge of packaging or industrial products
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The candidate must have their own/reliable vehicle.
• Shift hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Monday to Friday
• Experience in the packaging industry will be an asset
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
