The Role
We’re hiring a Concrete Former / Labourer who also holds an AZ licence and is capable of operating equipment such as excavators when needed.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll be working with the crew forming, prepping, and pouring concrete, while also stepping into equipment operation and truck driving when required.

Responsibilities
Set up and strip concrete forms (footings, walls, slabs, driveways)
Site prep: grading, leveling, compacting
Assist with concrete pours and finishing prep
Operate excavator and other equipment safely and efficiently
Drive company trucks/trailers as needed (AZ required)
Maintain clean, organized job sites
Work as part of a team to hit deadlines and quality standards


Requirements
-AZ Licence (required)
-Experience in concrete forming or general concrete work
-Experience operating excavators or similar equipment
-Strong work ethic — reliable, on time, and ready to work
-Physically capable of heavy labour
-Ability to work long days in outdoor conditions
-Valid transportation to job sites

Nice to Have (but not required)
-Experience with decorative or high-end concrete
-Skid steer / float / finishing experience
-Leadership ability or crew lead potential
