Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, construction, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This role involves working on residential and commercial projects. The Framer will play a vital part in building durable structures by utilizing various hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques. Candidates should be physically capable of heavy lifting and working with heavy machinery to ensure safety and efficiency on site.

Responsibilities


Construct wood walls, floors, flat roofs, small demolitions, trim and baseboards and other structural elements using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking techniques.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards.
Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris properly.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
Qualifications

Proven experience in construction, carpentry
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting regularly.
Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail.
