This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job. You’ll be out meeting homeowners, inspecting roofs, and helping people make the right decision for their home.

What you’ll be doing:
• Meet homeowners and assess roofing needs
• Perform roof & attic inspections (we’ll train our system)
• Build quotes and explain solutions clearly
• Follow up with clients and close jobs
• Represent PJ Roofing with professionalism

What we’re looking for:
• Strong communication skills (you can talk to anyone)
• Self-motivated and organized
• Comfortable climbing roofs / working outdoors
• Sales experience is a plus (not required if you’re hungry)
• Valid driver’s license vehicle

This role is NOT for you if:
• You’re looking for quick cash
• You need to be micromanaged
• You avoid hard conversations or follow-ups
• You don’t take pride in helping people properly
