If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and great at managing schedules and communication, we’d love to hear from you. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys coordinating appointments, supporting a team, and keeping things running smoothly.
What you’ll do:
• Manage and update staff or client schedules
• Coordinate appointments and bookings
• Communicate schedule changes clearly and efficiently
• Help keep daily operations organized
What we’re looking for:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Comfortable using scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
• Reliable and detail-focused
Monday - Friday 1 pm -5 pm
