We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tire & Lube Technician to join our Superior tire team in the Richmond hill Location. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, customer satisfaction, and career growth are valued.

Duties
• Perform oil changes, fluid top-ups, and filter replacements.
• Carry out tire services including rotations, repairs, and seasonal swaps.
• Conduct courtesy checks on vehicles and identify additional maintenance needs.
• Confidently recommend additional products and services to customers to improve vehicle performance and safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
• Follow all company procedures and health & safety standards.

What We’re Looking For
• Must have Tire changing experience in any oil and Tire change shops
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Passion for customer service and upselling relevant services.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
