Indian fast food chain is seeking front staff/ crew members to join our team. It requires exceptional customer service in a fast-food environment. This position involves interacting with customers, taking orders, and ensuring that food is pack and served properly.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and resolve issues pr omptly.
• Menu Knowledge: Thoroughly understand and explain Indian menu items, including daily specials and ingredients.
• Service & Operations: Serve food and beverages and assist with takeout orders.
• Maintenance: Ensure the work area, tables, and service stations are clean and sanitized.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior restaurant or customer service experience.

• Skills: Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and knowledge of safety regulations.

• Attributes: A friendly, professional, and patient demeanour.
