About Us:
Ottika Group is a growing online retailer focused on delivering high-quality eyewear and accessories. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to help expand our online presence and drive traffic across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize on-page SEO (product pages, collections, blog content, metadata, internal linking)
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies (backlink building, outreach, directory submissions)
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
- Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
- Monitor and improve Google indexing, search console performance, and technical SEO aspects
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
- Manage and grow brand presence on TikTok, Pinterest, and OKz.ca
- Create engaging posts and marketing content tailored to each platform
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and platform updates

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Experience managing social platforms such as TikTok and Pinterest
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and website optimization
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in e-commerce (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Basic knowledge of content creation (graphics or short-form video)
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
