JCL INC is looking for one (1) Construction Labourer (Form Setter) to join our Calgary team! This position is a permanent position and is in the English language. This position is a lead hand position leading a crew of form setters on a job site and reporting to the supervisor.

Job duties include:
-Load and unload construction materials and move materials around work site
-Assist in erecting and forming residential foundations using a “Duraform” concrete forming system.
-Remove debris and other construction waste and tools and other equipment from construction site
-Be a leader in your crew as a lead hand under the supervision of the site supervisor
-Take direction from the supervisor on site to help with the completion of each project
-strip forms after concrete has been set up
-Perform other activities at construction sites as required

Compensation:
$28.00 per hour for 40 hours per week OT if required

Education Requirements:
-Secondary education
-Class 5 Driver’s license is an asset

Experience Required:
One (1) to two (2) years direct construction experience is an asset
Proven leadership skills
