TERMS OF TENDER:
Sealed tenders, which need only contain the tendered price and contact information, will be received by the undersigned until 4:30 p.m. on April 17, 2026, with the highest, or any tender, not necessarily accepted. No deposit is required with the tender, but the successful tenderer will be required to enter into an agreement of purchase and sale without conditions, except as to title, by April 24, 2026 and submit a deposit of $10,000.00 at that time. Transaction to close on or before May 15, 2026, with vacant possession on that date. The property is being sold in all respects in an “as is” condition.
