Brawta Jamaican Jerk Joint is looking for a **focused, high-energy Food Service Representative** to join our team at **1567 Grafton St**. This role operates in a fast-moving service environment where strong awareness, speed, and consistency are essential.

**Key Duties:**
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle POS transactions and maintain cash accuracy
• Prepare drinks, package food orders, and assist with plating
• Restock front line items, sauces, beverages, and packaging
• Maintain a clean, organized service area at all times
• Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to keep service flowing
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Support light prep tasks when required
• Manage high customer volume with professionalism and urgency

**Physical Requirements:**
• Must be able to **lift and carry up to 50 lbs**
• Able to stand for long periods and move quickly during service
• Comfortable working in a warm, high-activity kitchen environment
