We are looking for a motivated, patient, and responsible individual to join our team at an intermediate care facility supporting residents with mental health and behavioral challenges.

✅ Starting Salary: $21.75/hour

Responsibilities:
• Support and supervise residents in their daily activities
• Ensure residents’ safety and well-being
• Respond calmly and professionally to behavioral situations
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a stable and safe environment

Qualifications:
✔ Reliable, empathetic, and responsible
✔ Experience in mental health or support work (an asset)
✔ Ability to work well in a team
