We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Hand to join our team at Piche Farms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic agricultural environment while contributing to the daily operations of our farm. There’s a lot of room for growth and the ability to become a year round full-time employee.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with planting, spraying and harvesting crops
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Perform general farm maintenance, including washing equipment and vehicles, organizing inventory and building repairs
- Perform yard work including mowing grass, spraying weeds and working trees
- Assist with record-keeping and inventory management
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
- Experience in agriculture or farm work is preferred but not required
- 1A license is preferred but not required
- Mechanical ability is preferred but not required
- Ability to operate farm machinery safely and effectively
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
