About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Soup Chef to prepare authentic Indian-style soups in a professional kitchen environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of traditional recipes, food preparation standards, and kitchen hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare authentic Indian soups including:
• Paya Soup
• Kharoda Soup
• Chicken Soup (Indian style)
• Tomato Soup
• Other traditional varieties as required
• Prepare ingredients, including proper cleaning and handling of meat
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage kitchen organization and ingredient usage efficiently
• Work in a clean and fast-paced environment
Qualifications
• Proven experience in Indian cooking (soups preferred)
• Strong knowledge of spices and traditional cooking methods
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Compensation
