About the Role
Saskatoon Pest Busters is a locally owned, owner-operated pest control business. We’re growing and need one reliable, senior-level person to join us for the season.
This role focuses on vehicle and RV rodent remediation — removing mice and nesting material, cleaning and disinfecting, and completing detailed inspection reports. A lot of the work is done independently in rural areas. This is not a standard 9–5 job. Days vary in length. You’ll work 4 to 6 days a week with one weekend day required.
No pest control experience needed, we’ll train the right person.

Key Responsibilities
• Remove mice and rodent nesting material from vehicles, RVs, and motorhomes following strict safety protocols
• Perform cleaning and disinfection services
• Conduct detailed inspections for rodent evidence using a boroscope and document findings in a report
• Drive rural and back roads confidently
• Work directly with customers in a professional, presentable manner
• Ensure all work meets quality standards
• Supervise and ensure quality when other technicians are on site

What We’re Looking For
• Valid driver’s license — confident driving gravel and back roads
• Comfortable working alone in rural environments
• Comfortable handling rodents and working in contaminated environments (nests, droppings, strong odors)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation
• Physically capable of inspecting tight spaces in vehicles and RVs
• Presents well and communicates professionally with customers
• High personal accountability and work ethic
• Supervisor-level mindset, able to work without oversight and ensure quality
