May 1 to Aug 31 (Flexible Move-In)

Looking to sublet my private room in a shared 2-bedroom apartment in Ottawa for the summer from May 1st to August 31st. Move-in can be as early as the end of April if needed.

Location: 280 Laurier Avenue, East. Living on the 4th floor.

The apartment is in a safe and convenient area, only a 5–7 minute walk from the uOttawa campus.

The building is surrounded by plenty of food and coffee options including Subway, shawarma spots, Domino’s Pizza, Boba, Circle K and several cafés (Figaro, Happy Goat, Starbucks). It’s close to everything downtown but far enough that the area stays quiet and comfortable (not surrounded by the heavy downtown traffic and homeless people).

- Private bedroom in a shared 2-bedroom apartment
- 1 shared bathroom
- Fully furnished room with a bed, desk, chair, and closet.

Laundry: Located in the building basement (Not in-unit. The laundry area has a camera system for security, and machines can be controlled through an app that allows you to monitor your cycle so your clothes stay safe).

Utilities: All included (water, heat, and Wi-Fi).

Parking: Not included in rent but available.

Rent: $1,200/month (very negotiable)

This would be ideal for a student staying in Ottawa for the summer. Female students preferred, but male students are also welcome to reach out.
