We are a reputable and growing home services company in Toronto, Ontario, dedicated to providing high-quality exterior cleaning and maintenance solutions to our valued clients. We are currently seeking motivated General Labourers to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities:
As a Physical Labourer, you will be responsible for completing a variety of home service projects, including but not limited to:

- Window Cleaning: Ensuring sparkling clean windows for residential and commercial properties.
- Gutter Cleaning: Removing debris and ensuring proper drainage for our clients' homes.
- Polymeric Sanding: Applying polymeric sand to interlocking brick surfaces for stability and aesthetics.
- Deck and Fence Staining: Applying stains and sealants to protect and enhance wooden structures.
- Pressure Washing: Cleaning various exterior surfaces such as siding, driveways, patios, and walkways.

Qualifications:
- Must be prepared to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential for occasional overtime.
- Must possess your own reliable vehicle for transportation to various job sites throughout Toronto (Mainly Durham) and surrounding areas.
- Comfortable working at heights of 30-40 feet using ladders and potentially other access equipment (training and safety protocols provided).
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work.
- Previous experience in similar roles is an asset but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials.
- A strong focus on safety and adherence to all safety protocols.

Compensation:
$18 - $25 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
