1-Year Temporary Contract (May 1st)
Dave & Brent Sawler Team of EXIT Realty Advantage
The Dave & Brent Sawler Team at EXIT Realty Advantage is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and tech-savvy Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team for a temporary 1-year maternity leave contract.
Dave and Brent Sawler are an award-winning real estate team specializing in executive residential and commercial real estate. They work with a wide range of clients, from first-time home buyers to affluent business professionals. Their experience includes residential and commercial properties, condominiums, new construction, and investment properties.
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate has an interest in real estate, enjoys communicating with clients, and is comfortable using a variety of digital tools. Being technology-savvy and adaptable with new software and online tools is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
• Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
• Scheduling showings and collecting feedback from showings
• Preparing materials for client meetings and open houses
• Coordinating marketing efforts including property photography, videography, and social media promotion
• Ordering supplies and preparing/distributing marketing materials
• Maintaining both electronic and paper filing systems
• Preparing listing materials and posting property listings online
• Managing the client database and preparing reports
• Maintaining an organized and professional office environment
• Performing other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Highly technology-savvy with strong computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and digital platforms
• Previous administrative experience is considered an asset
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Education in administration or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Excellent organizational and numeracy skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail
