Main Tasks:
1. Toilet: Remove and reset with new wax ring/supply line.
2. Subfloor Repair (Important): Remove a small damaged section of old cushion flooring near the tub. Inspect wood subfloor, clean, and apply floor leveler for a smooth transition.
3. Flooring: Install floating LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) over the prepared surface (45 sq ft).
4. Trim: Install waterproof PVC baseboards and shoe moulding.
5. Drywall: Patch/repair a small section below the shower door.
Note: - I already have the LVP flooring and the waterproof PVC baseboards.
• You provide labor and minor shop supplies (leveler, wax ring, etc.).
• Area is small (approx. 45 sq ft).
