Pioneer Offroad Rentals is an equal opportunity employer in search of an in-branch Customer Service Representative to join our Grande Prairie branch. You must be able to live and work in Canada legally.

Working with the Branch Manager and Service Manager the successful applicant will have good organization and customer service skills. You should be able to follow the logistics of our products, (Argo’s, Quads, UTV’s and other ATV equipment) through a mechanical shop and make sure it is ready for the customer to ensure on time quality and delivery. You will be required to deal with some inside sales responsibilities in a professional and courteous manner and be able to work cooperatively with the branch staff.

Prior industry knowledge in the ATV equipment or equipment rentals / sales is an asset but not required, but the right skill set and attitude is a must. The progressive management team is willing to train the right individual on product knowledge to ensure you are capable of handling the product issues.
Responsibilities:
• Taking orders over the phone, email and fax
• Assist walk in customers by providing rental product and application advice
• Accurately and timely opening and closing of rental contracts
• Maintain a knowledge of our rental products, applications and competitive information
• Work with the Service Manager assisting with parts ordering and inventory control
• Follow up on orders and provide delivery updates to customers
• Coordinate equipment movement between branches
• Meet with clients, help hook up trailers and load equipment as required
• Participate in on-call rotation program
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
• A customer service orientation, with a positive and congenial attitude
• Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task during high volume call times
• Good communication skills, excellent telephone manner and excellent customer service attitude
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word and Excel
• A team player, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment
• Possesses strong relationship skills, ability to hunt new opportunities while managing and up selling existing accounts.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to pay attention to detail.
• Experience operating ATV type equipment would be an asset
• A valid Driver’s License, clean abstract.

Compensation:
• Depending on experience and education
