Contract Express Limited is seeking a safety-conscious and professional Local AZ Driver to join our team at our Puslinch (101 Brock Rd S) facility. As a company that prioritizes compliance and equipment standards, we are looking for a driver who takes pride in their work and values a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
Safe Operation: Securely operate AZ tractor-trailer units within the Guelph and surrounding region.

Thorough Inspections: Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections. We do not move equipment with expired inspections, period.

Cargo Integrity: Monitor loading/unloading for damages. If you aren't allowed on a dock, you mark the BOL accordingly. We rely on your photos and communication with dispatch to manage claims.

Site Safety: Follow all terminal safety protocols, including specialized equipment instructions.

Security: Ensure the tractor is always locked and keys are removed when unattended.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable AZ driving experience.

License: Valid AZ License with a clean Driver’s Abstract and CVOR (no major violations).

Compliance: Strong understanding of HOS (Hours of Service) and ELD requirements.

Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
