About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining our facilities to the highest standard, ensuring the smooth operation of our technical equipment, and providing excellent service to our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general structural repairs).
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance on semi-automated industrial machinery/equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
* Respond to urgent repair requests and manage on-site maintenance tasks with minimal supervision.
* Act as a key point of contact for our clients, ensuring effective communication and high service satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Minimum 1 years of experience in building maintenance or a related technical role.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot and maintain semi-automated machinery and general building systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is highly preferred to serve our specific client demographics effectively.
* Valid Manitoba driver’s license.
