We are a well-established, respected boutique construction-renovation company operating in Toronto and the GTA for over 30 years.
We specialize in high-quality wood fences (large subdivision projects and residential), repairs, new installations, decks, patios, and other carpentry services.
With the current slowdown in real estate transactions, this role may be especially attractive for experienced real estate agents and brokers who know neighbourhoods and homeowners well and are looking to generate strong additional income by selling home-improvement services.
1. Key Requirements
• Proven, multi‑year track record and success in selling services (construction/renovation, real estate, or related fields).
• Local candidate with deep knowledge of the Toronto/GTA market and residential clients.
• Native‑level fluency in English (mother tongue preferred for clear, professional client communication).
• Own reliable vehicle in good condition.
• Own computer and mobile phone.
Candidates with real estate sales experience (agent or broker licence) are strongly encouraged to apply.
