Job Requirements

Essential Functions:
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas
• Remove tiles, carpets and install tiles, carpets and flooring.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete
• Assist tradespersons such as carpenters, cement finishers, roofers in construction activities
• Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
• Assist in demolishing and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials
• Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
• Direct traffic at or near construction sites
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
• Assign tasks and monitor the productivity of each laborer to optimize efficiency.
• Provide hands-on assistance with labor work, including heavy lifting, if needed.
• Ensure that all tile installations meet client expectations and company quality standards.





Qualifications and Skills:

• Several years of experience working in construction
• Completion of Secondary School is recommended
