Westcoast Tbar Ltd. is seeking an experienced Lead Acoustical Ceiling Installer to join our growing team. We specialize in the planning and installation of soundproofing and noise-reduction solutions for commercial and residential spaces. Wage: $36.60 per hour extended health benefits

Requirements:
Experience: 2-3 years in acoustical ceiling installation
Language: Good English
Education: Secondary school completion

Main duties:
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials for acoustical ceiling installation
- Install suspended metal ceiling grids and place acoustical ceiling tiles and panels
- Install hangers, fasteners, metal studs, and support systems for ceilings
- Fit and secure ceiling panels around lights, vents, and other fixtures
- Fill joints, holes, and gaps with compound and finish seams as needed
- Install insulation to improve soundproofing and energy efficiency
- Repair or replace damaged ceiling sections (suspended, drywall, plaster)
- Follow blueprints, layout drawings, and work orders
- Ensure work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications
- Use and maintain hand and power tools and keep a clean worksite
- Provide guidance and on-site direction to junior installers to ensure proper installation techniques and workflow
