We are currently looking for a reliable and organized Shop Coordinator to join our growing trucking company. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background and the ability to coordinate shop operations while supporting mechanics, dispatch, and drivers to keep our fleet running efficiently.

Duties:

Manage shop inventory and maintain organized records of parts and supplies

Coordinate between dispatch, drivers, and heavy-duty mechanics to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and prioritized correctly

Maintain shop organization and cleanliness

Utilize our maintenance software to complete work orders and enter parts and labor costs

Order parts and perform price comparisons with vendors

Assist with other tasks as required to ensure the shop and maintenance operations run efficiently

Strengths:

Able to learn new computer software quickly
Skilled in communication and coordination between multiple departments

Salary range: $18 to $20

Requirements:
Mechanical background required
Experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, or shop environments is considered an asset
