We are looking for a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced café environment. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for our customers while ensuring that all food and beverages meet our quality standards.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, and provide menu recommendations when needed
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and card transactions
• Assist with basic food preparation while following food safety and hygiene standards
• Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer questions and resolving concerns promptly
• Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation

Qualifications
• Previous barista or café experience is an asset but not required
• Strong time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing
• Knowledge of food safety and food preparation practices is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
• Experience with POS or cashier systems is an advantage but training will be provided
