Looking for a student to sublet a room this summer!
Available: May 1 (or June 1, flexible move in) – August 31, 2026
Location: Main intersection is W 41st Ave and Blenheim St. Near the R4 bus line, 15 minutes or 7 mins drive to UBC campus
House will be shared with 5 other male graduate UBC students. All are very friendly and kind!
Rent: $1100/month (utilities not included, split equally between tenants every month) *However, rent is negotiable*
