Role Overview

We are looking for a hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our crew. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their workmanship, and is eager to contribute to the success of high-quality landscaping projects.

Core Responsibilities

Garden Care: Ensure plant health through expert planting, weeding, and cultivation.
Turf Maintenance: Execute precise mowing, trimming, and edging to keep lawns pristine.
Site Preparation: Dig and prep areas for trees, shrubs, and floral installations.
Equipment Operation: Safely utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including pruners, shovels, and commercial mowers.
Logistics & Safety: Assist with material transport, maintain a tidy job site, and strictly adhere to all safety protocols.

Requirements

Previous landscaping or gardening experience (preferred, but we will train the right person).
Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 22.5kg (50lbs).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Reliable transportation to the yard; a valid driver’s license is a plus.
