Full time, contract position lasting from April to September

Monday - Friday: 6:45 AM - 4 PM
Pay: CA$22.00-CA$25.00 per hour

Purpose :

The purpose of a crew member at TerraCare Outdoor Solutions is to provide exceptional lawn maintenance and landscaping for residential and commercial properties while operating equipment safely and efficiently. Crew members will deliver high‑quality service while representing TerraCare Outdoor Solutions professionally to clients.

Responsibilities:

Mow, trim, edge, blow, and remove debris from lawns and walkways
Operate lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, tractor, etc.)
Perform seasonal services (aeration, dethatching, spring/fall cleanups, etc)
Maintain and clean tools, equipment, workspace, and vehicles
Follow all safety procedures and Ontario OHSA requirements
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Complete daily tasks efficiently and meet quality standards
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience in lawn care or landscaping (minimum 1 year)
Ability to operate lawn care equipment safely
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and in a team
Valid G or G2 driver’s license (asset)
WHMIS or safety training (asset; can be provided)

Physical Requirements:

Lift up to 70 lbs
Stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and perform repetitive motions for long periods
Work outdoors in heat, cold, rain, sun, and various weather conditions
Work with sharp or hazardous equipment
