DISHWASHER &KITCHEN HELPER


Duties and responsibilities

•Wash, peel, chop, and cut vegetables and meat.

•Assist cooks with basic prep work.

•pack food in containers.

•Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries.

•Wash dishes, utensils, large and small pots, and pans as per its procedure.

•Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cutting boards, equipment, fridge and freezer.

•Sweep and mop kitchen floors

•Empty garbage and recycling bins

•Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, CFIA guidelines in Canada)

•Follow kitchen safety rules (knife safety, hot surfaces, chemicals)

•Report hazards or equipment issues

•Wear proper PPE.

• Must be STRONG enough to lift heavy weights.

• Must be able to read and write.


Availability required

Saturday to Thursday 5pm to 3am/4am(depends on the tasks of the day). (There would be atleast 9 to 10 hours work everyday).

• Must be able to commute to work.

• Individuals who owns a car and experience in kitchen/restaurants is preferred.

$13 per hour.
