Job Posting: Experienced Bookkeeper (Part-Time)
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of
experience to join our team on a part-time basis (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)

Responsibilities include:
• Printing and managing payroll reports
• Preparing and submitting WSIB and Union remittances
• Handling Receiver General (bi-weekly remittances)
• Producing Trial Balance and GIL Detail Reports
• Completing Year-End Financials
• Performing Bank Reconciliations
• Managing Fiscal Year-End close
• Recording Cash Receipts
• Handling bookkeeping duties for a small company (Mar Dan). including preparing
T5018 slips
• Learning and assisting with payroll: must be willing to cross-train with others to provide
coverage when needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years bookkeeping experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll systems and reporting
• Proficient in year-end preparation and bank reconciliations
• Familiarity with WSIB. Receiver General. and Union reporting
• Experience with small business accounting and T5018 reporting
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Position Details:
• Part-time: Monday. Tuesday. Wednesday
• Starting rate: $30.00/hour
