Montreal – In Office Part-Time (with potential to grow into full-time)

We are looking for a driven, organized, and proactive individual to help build and grow our business.

This is more than a bookkeeping role, we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of growing a company and helping streamline operations.

Responsibilities:
• Keep invoices and bookkeeping organized and up to date
• Track expenses and payments (GST/QST awareness a plus)
• Prepare documents for accountant
• Assist with office organization and daily operations
• Help manage social media and online presence
• Support marketing initiatives
• Assist with systems, structure, and process improvement
• Help bring ideas to life and execute plans

Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized and detail-oriented Business-minded and proactive.
Comfortable with learning bookkeeping software Familiar with social media & online tools independent thinker who takes initiative Interested in growing with a company.
