Rocky Mountain Prefabs is a fast-growing modular construction company based in Red Deer, Alberta. We design and build high-quality prefab cabins, resort structures, and modular buildings for projects across Canada and the United States.

We are currently looking for experienced carpenters to join our team.

Position Overview
Successful candidates will work in our shop and on select site installations helping build modular structures from the ground up. This role includes both framing and interior finishing work.

Responsibilities

Wood framing (floors, walls, and roof systems)
Installation of sheathing, siding, and exterior components

Interior finishing including trim, paneling, flooring, and fixtures

Reading and following building drawings and layouts

Working efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment

Maintaining safe and clean work areas
Requirements

Experience in residential or modular construction

Strong framing skills

Ability to complete basic interior finishing work

Comfortable using standard carpentry tools
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Preferred

2 years carpentry experience
Experience with modular or prefab construction

Ability to work from drawings and layouts independently
