Description
Administrative position in a small accounting office, Westend Edmonton.
This is a temporary contract position with a possibility of extension, if you are able to satisfactory perform following tasks:
- understand and execute written and verbal instructions;
- sort, organize, and file various documents;
- accurately enter data into Excel and Access Database;
- create Word files, print emails and attachments in a required format;
- prepare, assembly, weigh and mail documents;
- complete additional tasks around the office as required;
- keep your workspace and the office amenities clean and organized;
- collaborate successfully in a team setting, ask questions share knowledge, be proactive;
- maintain external and internal professional attitude towards clients and co-workers;
This position is for Canadian permanent residents and open work permit holders only.

Starting pay $18/hour.
After 100 hours of probation, your pay rate will be reviewed.
